About this experience
Make your own candle in our small group candle-making workshops! Hosted at our Omaha, NE studio in a small-group setting. Choose your favorite scents from our 100+ essential and safe fragrance oils and then our host chandler will walk you through each step of the candle pouring process to pour two candles. You'll learn what makes handmade, small batch candles unique during the session. Choose from a curated collection of stylish + funny labels for your personalized candles, including special Valentine stickers! Drinks will be provided at each workshop, along with a complimentary bottle of matches. After pouring, you'll receive 20% off all the products for home + body in our studio space. Perfect for a date with your Valentine! Two evening sessions are available, please select your preference from the dropdown menu. Drinks + dessert tray will be provided to attendees.
Age requirements: Because our candle pouring includes handling hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 10 years and older to participate, with an adult present. Children five and under are not permitted in the workshop space during pouring, as safety is our highest priority!
OTHER DETAILS Candles will be ready for pickup the following day after pouring or can be shipped for $8 per person. If you don't attend your reserved pouring appointment or cancel 48 hours in advance of your reservation time, your pouring appointment is nonrefundable.
Please note: All materials are cleaned and disinfected between each workshop and on a nightly basis.
Melissa is owner + founder of Nomad Wax Co. With a seasoned nose and gift for combining unexpected scents, she will guide you to create your own personalized fragrance for home + body. Melissa has been making candles for more than 3 years and conducting candle making classes and workshops in Omaha and Lincoln, NE for two years.
